Kingcaddy stores your information securely in our electronic database, and in our primary email address book if you emailed us. We limit access to Kingcaddy representatives only, on an as needs basis, and use per user authentication.

However, we cannot guarantee the safety and security of all transmissions or personal information through the Internet, or while stored on our systems, or otherwise in our care.

Retention of personal information

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For example your name and contact details may be kept indefinitely as a part of our warranty information related to your purchase.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
